Council confirms business owner to homelessness oversight committee
Omar K. Salomon joins the committee that sets goals and tracks progress for the homelessness response system run jointly by Portland and Multnomah County. He fills the seat for a business sector representative, which has no vote. He owns XoCOTL, a juice and smoothie bar, and once worked for the Hispanic Metropolitan Chamber.
